How To Build A List The Easy Way Without Any of The Techy Stuff & Finally Make Money Online

Newbie Start Up Guide – How To Set Up Money Making Websites

Newbie Start Up Guide is one of my best selling “how-to” ebook guides that show beginner internet marketers how to get a real, profitable website up and running.

I got the idea for it when I noticed a lot of “newbies” were coming to me with emails asking the same questions…

“Where do I start with Internet marketing?” “How do I build a list?” “How do I make a blog?”

This covers pretty much all the techy bits that newbies get confused with. But it goes further onto how to make websites that actually make money too!

There are step-by-step instructions on how to set up a squeeze page, and a sales page with order button (to sell your own or MRR products) and then how to create download pages.

This guide DOESN’T reveal any miracle money making system. If you go to the sales page, there is no headline that promises you’ll make “$3434 in 7 days with 1 mouse click”.

It doesn’t cover all aspects of internet marketing like product creation or any secret sales technique… there are a few tips for traffic generation, so if you’re looking for a magic bullet to make you money online fast, this guide isn’t for you.

It’s just a straight forward guide about getting your website up and ready to take sales or collect subscribers.

It’s great if you’ve got your own idea for a web site, your own product you want to sell or got a heap of MRR or PLR products lying around that you want to sell.

Tear Jerking Inspirational Story (Video)

This is an old one but it’s one of the most moving stories I’ve ever seen.

It’s about an autistic kid called Jason McElway who was the manager of his high school basketball team and finally had his wish to play with the team granted.

Jason’s job was to give out water to the players and motivate them. He never actually got to play a game until the last game of the season where his coach put him on the court for the last 4 minutes of the game.

This is what happened… (get a Kleenex ready)

Jason had a dream – to play a game of basketball with his team. He had to wait out nearly a whole season, but the time finally came where he would be able to live his dream.

This is just a simple example of the power of dreams – but a very powerful one. (did your tear ducts well up too?)

With our own lives, it doesn’t hurt to do something out of the ‘norm’ once in a while to get closer to achieving our dreams.

In fact, it’s absolutely necessary.

And of course, never stop dreaming!

Secrets of a 56.2% Conversion Squeeze Page

It’s not a typo – the secrets of a 56.2% conversion rate squeeze page. It might sound like I’m pulling your leg, but in all honesty, this is what one of my recent squeeze pages is converting at as I type this post.

This kind of conversion rate is not unheard of in the IM circles, but many aspiring internet marketers would give their right leg to achieve this level of conversions from their squeeze page.

So how did I do it?

I’ve been creating squeeze pages for several years, so I have a good feeling for what works and what doesn’t. Here are a couple of secrets that I’ll let you in on.

1. An Offer They Can’t Refuse

2. The Right Traffic

No, there are no secrets about a magical headline or a super cool video that I used. In fact, there was no video and I hardly spent time writing the headline.

The main things I made sure of was to get the offer right – something of high perceived value, and then send the right traffic to it.

And by ‘right traffic’ I mean visitors that are going to know exactly what is expected of them at the website. In other words, pre-sold visitors.

These are the two ingredients of every successful internet marketing offer.

But it’s surprising how some marketers don’t pay much attention to them.

They throw up any old offer and then send rough traffic from ad blasters and wonder why they get 1% or less conversions.

In a later post, I’ll shed more light on “how to create an irresistible offer” and where to find the right “pre-sold traffic” to send to your squeeze page.

For now,  I’ll leave you to think about your own squeeze page and if the way your sending traffic is getting you the conversions you want.

3 Reasons Why Every Marketer Needs A Blog

If you’re trying to make money online, do you have a blog? If not, I recommend you pull your finger out and get one.

There are so many benefits and ways to make money with blogs that I could create a whole course about it (many already have).

Whether you’re promoting yourself and your own products or promoting other people’s products, you can’t go past a blog as a promotion tool.

Here are a few big benefits of having a blog and how you should use a blog to become more successful online.

1. A Blog Brands YOU. One of the biggest mistakes I see many marketers make is that they don’t brand themselves. People don’t trust a faceless website. People want to buy from a real person…someone they trust.

Blogs can be used for branding of a product too but they are great for branding YOU, a real person, because of the way blogs can be updated with articles, photos….and the way other people can interact on blogs gives them a more personal touch than a static HTML website.

2. Blogs are Quick & Easy to use. You don’t want to be making files and uploading them to your website every time you want to add some info..that takes too long! Blogs make it quick and easy to publish new content to the web. You just type and hit the publish button.

I love WordPress blogs and they are have become so advanced with all the plugins etc. but I’m amazed at how they are still so user friendly! You don’t need to be a computer geek to use a blog.

3. Blogs get Traffic! We all know that website traffic is the fuel that keeps our businesses running, and blogs are great traffic magnets! Google loves blogs and so do real people.

Blogs can be optimized for both the search engines to get free search engine traffic and for real people so they can keep coming back (and also to get them to click to other sites hint: affiliate links).]

Ok, I could go on and on but I’ll cut it there as I think these are the top 3 reasons why marketers need a blog.
